How can we transform the delivery of public services to ensure people living in Northern Ireland have a decent life, now and in the future?
SCI’s new discussion paper explores the potential to introduce new legal duties with a view to building on what is already in place and unlocking the potential to deliver improved outcomes.
Informed by insights from our past work on transforming the delivery of public services, the paper also identifies innovative developments in other societies around the globe. It aims to stimulate discussion with government, policymakers, service providers, and wider civic society partners.
