Teresa is a Polish migrant woman living in Ireland since 2005 and is Integration Manager, at the Immigrant Council of Ireland. In her study and work, Teresa is highly invested in facilitating and enhancing migrant leadership.  She holds an MA in Ethnology and Social Anthropology and a Professional Diploma in Human Rights and Equality.

Through her fellowship, Teresa’s overarching aim is to build a well-connected and effective network of migrant and refugee leaders in Ireland, and to build a national platform where migrant voices will be leading the discussion on migration and integration.  Her fellowship will focus on developing a framework that facilitates and strengthens the leadership, visibility, and voice of migrants at Irish and international level.

Teresa will carry out research, engage with migrant women changemakers in Ireland and globally, host public webinars and share their voices and her learning and outcomes through podcasts, stories and thought-pieces through social media and online platforms.
