Monina O'Prey
Monina is a peacebuilding activist from Northern Ireland, with over 30 years’ expertise in developing and delivering grassroots peace building, community development and social justice programmes and campaigns.
Her work has included anti-poverty campaigns, work with lone parents, and extensive engagement with excluded loyalist and republican communities.
She has combined work at the grassroots with roles as a policy advocate and as a funder.
Through her fellowship, which included reviewing philanthropic initiatives to promote peace and reconciliation, Monina co-authored the publication: Activism Across Division: Peacebuilding Strategies & Insights from Northern Ireland
